It was designed by Gerad W. Wolf of Kansas City, MO, constructed by Jack Owen Stegall of Tulsa, and built in 1948.
My Nana pointed this out to me as we were looking at the dairy. She said that this was the kind of car that brought milk and other dairy products to the building. It was really cool getting to see it.
